The Service includes all aspects of Educatelife, such as its products, software, and services offered through the Educatelife application or website, including Educatelife channels, the Educatelife "Embeddable Player," the Educatelife "Uploader," and other applications.

Educatelife assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites and does not engage in censorship or content editing of third-party sites. By using the Service, you release Educatelife from any liability arising from your use of third-party websites.

Therefore, it is advised that you exercise caution, read the terms and conditions, and review the privacy policy of each third-party website you visit when leaving the Service.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you are required to create an Educatelife Account. You may not use someone else's account without permission. When creating your account, it is essential to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account, and you must safeguard your account password. Notify Educatelife immediately if you suspect unauthorized use or a security breach of your account.

While Educatelife is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account use, you may be held responsible for losses incurred by Educatelife or others due to such unauthorized use.

Creating a fake profile with false information or impersonating another individual, whether by using their name, photo, or any other means, is prohibited on our Service.

General Use of the Service — Permissions and Restrictions

Educatelife grants you permission to access and use the Service as outlined in these Terms of Service, with the following conditions:

• You must not distribute any part of the Service or Content through any medium without Educatelife's prior written authorization, except when Educatelife provides functionality for such distribution (e.g., the Embeddable Player).
• Modifying or altering any part of the Service is prohibited.
• Accessing Content must be done through authorized means, such as the video playback pages of the Service, the Embeddable Player, or other methods explicitly authorized by Educatelife.
• Commercial uses of the Service require prior written approval from Educatelife, including selling access to the Service, advertising within the Service, or on pages containing Content delivered via the Service, unless other non-Educatelife material of sufficient value is present on the same page.
• Prohibited commercial uses do not include uploading original content to Educatelife for business or artistic promotion, displaying Educatelife content via the Embeddable Player on an ad-enabled blog or website (subject to advertising restrictions), or any other use explicitly authorized by Educatelife in writing.
• When using the Embeddable Player on your app or website, you may not modify, build upon, or block any part or functionality of the Embeddable Player, including links back to the Educatelife app or website.
• If you use the Educatelife Uploader, you agree to automatic updates provided by Educatelife, including bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules, and new versions, designed to improve the Uploader.
• Automated systems, such as robots, spiders, or offline readers, are not permitted to access the Service in a manner that generates more request messages in a given period than a human could reasonably produce with a standard web browser. However, public search engines are allowed to use spiders to copy materials for creating publicly available searchable indices, but not caches or archives, subject to Educatelife's right to revoke these exceptions.
• Collecting or harvesting personally identifiable information from the Service or using the Service's communication systems for commercial solicitation purposes is prohibited.
• In using the Service, you must comply with all applicable laws. Educatelife reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

Your Content and Conduct

As an Educatelife account holder, you can submit Content to the Service, including audios, videos, thumbnails, and user comments. Educatelife does not guarantee confidentiality regarding the Content you submit.

Do not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share Content on the Service that:

• Belongs to another person without proper rights.
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy, insulting, harassing, libelous, racially or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Includes unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, or commercial messages.
• Contains software viruses, worms, or any other harmful code.

You must not conduct any activities that:

• Involve automated use of the Service.
• Intend to disrupt, impair, overburden, or interfere with any part of the Service.
• Employ techniques to bypass or obscure advertisements.

You also agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Violate any international, federal, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
• Infringe upon or violate Educatelife's intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
• Collect or track the personal information of others.
• Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape.
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Educatelife reserves the right to remove any Content for any reason without prior notice. Educatelife may also terminate your access to the Service if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your conduct breaches or is inconsistent with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Service.

Copyright and Content Policy

Educatelife respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Educatelife has established a to address claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement.

Account Termination Policy

Educatelife may terminate your access to the Service, remove or delete your account, and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Service for any reason, at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service will remain in full force and effect. Educatelife's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Educatelife and supersede and replace any prior agreements regarding the Service.
